So if I run an MS2250 without the shroud, seeing as I can't find it, it will overheat?

If this is the case, then why don't the TA's have a shroud?

MS2250 Fan shroud?

Does anyone know if this shroud is needed? I mean...will the MS2250 operate properly without the shroud without overheating?
