I had a friend a couple of years ago had 4 of these 12's in his tahoe. yeah. they were awesome. if I remember correctly, ahsmo has one of those exact subs from that tahoe as his home audio woofer attached to his computer. is that right ahsmo? and if so, are you still using that thing now that you go...

well i figured out I can run it in 6ch stereo mode and just not use that channel at all. as long as I am not running it in dolby mode it works. granted, it does cut out the whole surround sound aspect right now. but then again, I dont have a center channel and I have not run the wires through the wa...

i agree with stipud. go sealed. From experience of having both ported and sealed I was much more satisfied with my sealed box as opposed to my sloppy booming ported. But then again, it could have just been the box maker. He wanted all SPL.
