Re: what is wrong with ZPA 0.3 V1
sometimes it is just a dirty gain pot that can be cleaned by swiping it back/forth when it is turned off. Try turning any nob you can, just take note where it is prior to starting and put it back at that point.

Re: RC hobby fans here? 😊
When I lived in az there was a small rc club park that I could see from my driveway. It was just to close to not go do and I eventually got into it. Expensive hobby for sure but fun at least while it was around the corner. When I moved to indiana the closest place with a club was 30 mins away, so I ...

Re: Phoenix gold powercore 15 parts
they were made by alumapro but I don't think they make them anymore. At one time you could get them so there may be a chance if not Jason Campbell has rebuilt them using super caps for even higher ratings. He does amazing work from designing the boards to putting them together.

Re: Cyclone always gets a read...
I really wish someone would take a deep look and see if they could improve them with modern parts and manf. I often wondered if they made a smaller version if it would go just a little bit higher than the 12", but still hit like the 12".... I know that isn't possible as they really did roc...

Re: Iso pg tantrum and ti style fuse block manuals
as I said inside the cable are 4 wires, two are power and and two are ground. A quick test with the voltmeter will tell you if they are power or ground, not sure if the stinger plugs directly into it if that is what your asking.

you should be able to use any volt meter and it is just a matter of finding a phone cable to plug into it and connecting to the right wires.

tough to say if you are including prototypes and such. I would probably say the MPH6300 since there was only one, but on the other hand it was also never finished or able to be finished

Re: Cyclone always gets a read...
I was only lucky enough to work with one cyclone years ago but it was a fun trip to see it shake the car. Hopefully one of the pros will be around soon to help, I only installed the one I never took it apart. Looks like it has held up pretty well.

oh man, if the power/speaker terminals did not break during that pic, please do NOT do that again. They are know to crack easily and you can get 3d printed replacements but people really want the originals.

Re: Are ZEN9’s still a thing
if you can pick it up for a nice price it is a nice amp. I have one but the sub channel needs some work and I have not got it repaired yet to try it out. But now it is a big sob, you will be dedicating some space for it if you do use it

Re: Avensis with PG Zen9 - Boston Acoustics
well I would look at them but I understand. My car has been on hold for a while as I had to deal with some personal health issues, then mom had a slight stroke, dad a a slight heart attack and the dog even took a spill down the stairs that had us afraid he was going to need surgery.
