Re: bending 3/4 plywood
I usually fill the gaps with kitty hair right before you bend it. Fills the internal gaps. It squeezes out so be prepared for the mess

I wouldn't be surprised to see something come along to go with the zen9. It has no processing. Maybe not packaged in like the frank amp but something.

Early outlaw?
Got an outlaw today and it doesn't have to cutout above the m100 caps. It also has green transistors in the m100. And the caps are smaller in the m50 side. Both boards are rev a. It depends a lot on condition, if the caps are changed, v1 or v2, box/manual. There can be a lot of factors. Pics would help.

6 boards. The 450 and 500 side are separate. Careful with the threaded standoffs they break easily. Had to replace 2 of mine.

Man that sucks. Just an fyi I put 10,000 Mfd caps in my reactor. They fit. And just playing devils advocate but are you still running the powercore 20? May want to look into changing those as well or get a powercore 15. Hope it all works out for you.

Re: What amplifier should i use?
Just out of curiosity. Why not the 400.2 on subs and that bad boy sq zpa on the fronts. And I think the alternator should be just fine. Maybe 100a if going all out. A good batt and you should be fine. I'd go zpa fronts and 400.2 for sub duty. You could use an lpl then too.

We don't know a lot of details other than the power ratings so far. Internals are still a mystery. I wouldn't be surprised if they are still tweaking with it.
