I'd advise you do some research on the car it's going into. There is soooooo much that can be done within the vehicles interior before you ever install a single speaker. DYNAMAT EVERYWHERE!!!!! Roof, floor, trunk ect ect. I might even go as far as matting the WHOLE door inside and out. I love the ex...

I had mine built at a place that rebuilds alt's. The ones on fleabay are cheap knock-offs as far as I've ever heard. They won't charge at idle and burn up in under 2 years but just far enough over the warranty period. It cost me $200 but they did an awesome job and polished the case. Much like the P...

I know it sounds hoekey but I originally bought the YT's because of the engine-bay color scheme I was doing. I've heard of guys having multiple battery set-ups blow up during competition. Hell, I helped a friend of mine do a build-out in his "baby blue" 82' Cutluss that was a M100, M44, 2 ...

Anybody interested in a Ta1200.1 and Ta600.4 with neons and end-caps?

Here's how I'm wired-------

200amp alt--1/0--#1 YT--1/0 to trunk--#2 YT--10 farad--dist block

I've also gone through and upgraded ALL of the factory grounds and any other power I could.

I've heard that about the YT's but have havd these for 3 years and the two I had before that did great right up until they got stolen.

Those kinetik cells are KICK-ASS!!!!

But they cost a fortune.......

Over kill----but 2 YT's and a 10 farad seem to give me EVERYTHING I've ever needed.

The Juice to get loose.....

Installing the gear is only part of the battle. The war is won with power. Not the watts yer amps are pushing out but what the amp can draw from. I'm running dual "yellow tops" with the PG isolator AND A 200amp alt. Just running "stock" and adding a cap is like robbing Peter to p...

Well, I kinda broke the news to the wife and all she could say is "So how much time are you gonna need to rebuild yer system?" The last system took me forever to get it the way I wanted and then 5 months later I tore it out and sold the car. I'm surprised that she didn't ask how much I pla...

What has he said about it? It looks clean as hell and puts out some good power but I do question it's durability. I know of a couple outlaw's that have never needed anything and hand built in the USA.

It's ok to be second. Atleast it'll be better than going dead last at a gangbang.

I've gotten some of the best ideas for my installs doing similar test's on myself. THC+caffeen+THC= 2xTi 15's, floating amp-rack and 155db HIDDEN in a 2000 civic hatchback.

I know EXACTLY what yer talking about. I've been going in there for the last 13 years. I know the guys that matter. Not hard to make friends when you spend the kind of CASH in there as I have over the years.

Sorry for the "thread jack"

If Portland gets 1/2 inch the city shuts down. I went to northern Idaho where there is about 40inches of snow and ice on the ground and people drive like it's a sunny summer day.

Those are the people that need to be shot on the spot. He'll love prison. The "lifers" will make sure to visit him daily until they kill him or he kills himself. I'd apply for the position of shooter and do the job for the rest of my life no questions asked.

You'd make a fortune around here. There are only a few truely "custom" installers/box builders that I'd recomend in PDX. Good Luck!

I'm actually looking to get a 900.7 for a "clean" install. I've spent the last 2 years putting together all of the Tantrum peices. I was planning on a HUGE install but sold my burban and don't have the room for everything in my civic. Had 8 Tantrum 10's (black cone) and another 1200.1 but ...
