What model RTA is it ? I have a SA-3052 that I use and the input on it to run from the EQ out is input 3.You will need to use a RCA to 1/4 inch mono adapter. Don't use input 2,it is a RCA input but for a O scope probe. It has a pink noise generator built in that you can connect right to the EQ input.

tbat-1 was only round,tbat-2 square type.

Pull the cover and take a look and see if those missing led's were ever in the board.It looks like a 232 with a 230 cover on it.

If that were to short out does it have any protection for the transistor or will it fail and make the amp quit working ?

Nice voltage inverter,you get the heat from both units.

Both amps in the poll are class A/B ,the ti is not the new D class and both are close on power and size.

I would be running the midbass,mids,tweets with one of the amps.

It is the stages of the output transistors. You have stage 1,the pre driver,2 the driver stage and 3 the final output transistors.
