PG owns the name and all the right under the CARVER name. That means the R&D is under the PG umbrella. CARVER Digital is still in the works for highend recievers and separates. Stay tuned!

Reasonably priced and FAR from junk. No comparison to a CARVER. Amp 100-300 and the new Amp210-I would not sell another brand unless specified by the cusotmer. From a Home Theater stand point, I believe all the AS amps have dual inputs w/ automatic switching, high and low inputs. Take the Niles SI-2...
