A Schaumburg woman is suing Blockbuster for sexual harassment after an alleged series of events, including being asked by her boss to show him her breasts, which she did on two occasions, and then being passed up for a promotion and later fired.
Looks like asshat now goes by the name Darrik Perrier.
Let me get this straight...it's legal to show your breasts in order to get a promotion but illegal to ASK someone to show their breasts for a promotion? Isn't attempting to trade sexual favors for business advantage prostitution? Obviously, she wouldn't be suing if she'd gotten it, which I guess would have made it all ok, right?

Lawsuits aren't about legal or illegal. They are about damages. She was fired after being harassed, no one is being charged with a crime... unless I'm missing that part.
