just wanted to say i think he fought an awesome fight last nite, he fought smarter and was very well condtioned against diego sanchez.

the frustration on sanchez face was so obvious, he knew that he wasnt getting no where with BJ and of course all of us here in hilo were like

"YEAH"

but i must say poor kongo, he didnt see that one coming.

Sanchez and Kongo.Im not a big fan of Penn or Mir, but I cant deny the perfect fight that Penn displayed.
