The day is finally here. I get to go see Flogging Molly tonight. Can't wait. I've been told that they throw one hell of a live show. It was this time last year that I met them at an autograph session but now I get to actually SEE them.

Sense I won't get home till midnight then get up to go to work and then straight after work Fri I have to make a 2 1/2 hr trip to Ohio. I won't be back home till Sat night sometime. I'll try from my phone.
I'll post what o can, when I can.

After a bad start and a 1 hr delay to leaving, here's what I got to show for it....

And for the final capper to the night, Drummer George Schwindt came out onto the floor after the show and took a pic w/me.




George did what I haven't seen ANY other drummer do at a show, he took of the drum head, signed it and then threw it into the crowd at the end of the set. Other band members grabbed the set list, signed them and gave them to the crowd. Was a very interactive show. Will def. go back next year.

I miss roadtrips for rock shows. Best one I had was plant and page when I took off in the middle of finals week, drove 5 hrs up to a friends and then back with 3 hrs of sleep the next day to take a final that afternoon. I think that was my last semester at that school strangly...
