Call them and ask Phil wheres your amp at ???
The PGers that post here are mostly engineering level and have little or nothing to do with repair services. Phil is your Service Manager there. Hes the guy to talk to. I usually E-mail him as its just more comfortable to his schedule...C

I was with PG for a few years and as mentioned above email is the best option in this instance.
Phil is a very busy guy and email is the best method since he can have a reminder on hand.
I think we've established that "Ka Ka" and "Tukki Tukki" don't work.
