Brian's Cat...not sure how i got talked into this

got her about a week ago.
i finally came to grips that i wouldn't have time for a dog anytime in the foreseeable future..she needed a home and was adorable.

her name is marzipan..shes a biter. shes just about 11 weeks old now

she did surpisingly well in that bath...although later she pee'd on my bed...with me in it...so i suppose revenge is a dish bes served luke-warm...

she was scratching quote a bit so we thought a bath would get rid of any fleas she might have (which appears to be none)

she is still super clumsy which is adorable..she falls of furniture and stumbles down the stairs pretty often.

hehe fun! Ya garlic pills keeps the fleas away, and most of my cats love them. Garlic pills found in the Drug section of most supermarkets.
That and add the regular flea collar or flea dip (or oil or whatever people do to cats these days) really keeps the fleas away.

That is when they are at their best!! And about the biting, do she just bite out of nowhere or is it when you are playing with her? She might not know how to play yet without hurting, cats are like that at this age. Try balling up a little bit of foil and watch her play for hours. Out of all the damn toys the girlfriend has bought for her cats they love a good old fashion foil ball the best!

we think its biting becasue its getting ready to loose its baby teeth...it bites we she it in hyper playing mode. i bop her on the head when she does it...seems to be figuring it out.

good idea on the garlic. she is too young for the flea bath/collar/sprays.

i will make a foil ball when i gets home later.

Yeah, they usually get the hint, but in the mean time it kinda sucks. Not only do they bite, but usually their claws are as sharp as razors!!

well that didnt last long. my temp roomate was moving out today and marzipan is nowhere to be found.....i came home and she was moving shit with the front door wide open.

i look under ewverything in the house i could find with a flash light, and even moved everything i thought she could be under.

i really do hope she just happended to find the best hiding spot ever in the house.

i already made her feel like shit (cecial, i probibly used some of the phrases you were thinking)

but i had to go back to work so i couldnt keep looking outside. i did leave some food out.
