Galicians: Negative response. We repeat: CHANGE course by 15 degrees to South to avoid a collision.

American: (another American voice) Here is the captain of a ship of the Navy of the United States of America. We insist: YOU immediately change your course by 15 degrees to the north in order to avoid a collision.

Galicians: This we see neither feasible nor necessary, we recommend
you to change your course by 15 degree´s to south to avoid collision

Americans: (highly excited peremptory tone) HERE SPEAKS CAPTAIN RICHARD JAMES HOWARD, commander of the aircraft carriers USS LINCOLN 'THE MARINE OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, the second largest WAR SHIP OF THE NORTH AMERICAN FLEET, IN COMPANY OF TWO BATTLESHIPS, SIX DESTROYERS, AND 4 SUBMARINES .....
