It's a grill for the Ti Elite sub. The three holes in the middle are where the LED's shine through. The clear plastic should be spacers. It may have been used for display only, but I believe it was functional (didn't hit the surround of sub upon excursion).

But those three holes aren't in the center of the grill so they wouldn't line up right with the led's on the elite.

I could be mistaken, but the picture is taken from above or at an angle which would throw off the centering of the logo/grill.

I've been looking for one for my sub myself.

it does match up to the TI D Elite sub! the led holes that is.

i didnt mount it yet...i think i need to manuver the plexi's so that it is around the outer edge.... to make it work...so I just set it up as best i could to show you what it would look like!
