anyone in la want to turn there garage into a wood shop?

hey all, i moved to california about a year ago. i found a friend of mines dads garage to use, but his daughter has it filled up with her stuff. i have a hybrid cabinet saw, brad nailers, miter saws, sanders, routers, compressor ect. im starting to pull my hair out not being able to use this stuff. anyone interested in setting something up? im in studio city
