Just saw this trailer and it looks hilarious!
http://www.trailerparkboysmovie.com/ Too bad it is only playing in theaters in Canada.

It's only a two hour drive to get to Canada from here though so I might have to make the trip.

It was pretty good, but I felt something was missing. Not enough comedy perhaps, and more focus on the drama. Meh, I don't want to ruin it for you. It was still pretty good.
Definitely a different movie than the first. The first was more blockbuster hollywood style, which was kinda endearing if you ask me. This one was basically a long TV show but on the big screen.
I don't think the movie would be great at all if you weren't already into the series. The first one is much better for that.

I really want to see it, but can't justify the trip to Canada if it isn't great. I guess I will have to wait till it comes out on DVD. (It is isn't it?)

Yeah I'm sure it will be out quickly.
If you're desperate there are camcorder versions being torrented right now:

Not that desperate.

I'd rather wait and see it in good quality than some shitty camcorder version.

It looks like February 23, 2010 for the U.S. I'm sure I can pick it up on Amazon.
