Because we're all fat.

Let's not let this get out of hand guys. Keep this a friendly place.

That's nothing were I live. The river next to us is the Wabash river. That gets stupid high. Flood stage level is around 17 feet. A few years ago, wish I had a digital camera then, it crested at 29 feet. Over flowed onto the near by railroad track at the depot, took out a bridge, flooded out a playground and the out doors ice skating rink.

There sure are a lot of crazzies and idiots out there. WTF were they thinking? Were my grandpa lived (@75 miles away from me) there was a river that had a bad storm hit it and washed out the gravel that a construction crew had pushed down in the river for a foundation for their machinery and when they went back to it the next day, they started out on the gravel and the storm had washed it away. They lost the tractor and the guy that was on it. He was never found.

My point being, while it looks like fun, what the hell possessed some of them to go through the water?

Why are there so many cars near the water? If there would be any flood where I live, I would go the other way to avoid the water.

Damn those pics are scary, guess the insurance companies do not want to pay for those vehicles...

glad I was not the only one curious.

I live in the desert so it is funny when it rains, people act like it is the first day of snow. I can remember one time calling my room mate to come out and see that it was raining. We both laughed that it was funny that rain was exciting but it only happens 10-12 times a year here. It was about a minute later when we heard our neighbor call her husband to come outside and look at the rain even though it was night time.......
