How many more oven extensions would it take to fit that spiral stair case? Come on Matt, you can do it!

for 12' foot length, and space to breath... I would need a total of 8-9 extensions... whooo-whee! maybe some day...but not this week.

well guys trying to keep moving forward... but the large compressor shit the bed on me last wednesday, and since then been struggling/stressing...

BUT looks like tomorrow i go pick up a diesel powered, tow-able, air compressor.

tired of fooling around with these 5-7-10hp electric motor compressors... while they are big and do make air... BUT & GIVEN i dont have 3ph power here- i am really stiffened, really stiffened... so the only answer is diesel or gas powered motors..

so thats what i did!

gonna go get this bad boy!! -
AND this will put us up in the next league with being able to offer mobile sandblasting, graffiti removal, house paint stripping, and all that crap...no one around does it...and we have gotten (albeit only 3), but as of lately- we have been asked 3 times if we do that...so now we will be able to offer that...

ill post up pics of new blaster i am making..

pedi- I will be going right thru springfield to go get compressor...and have sink w/ me and all that fun stuff...i will get with you b/c if it looks good, then we will just leave sink with them when we p/u sample.

I have some other really exciting news- kinda running behind so I wont go into it so so much right yet...but the bottom line is that I have been selected to do the coating work for a stand to display a piece of shrapnel from 9-11 [ground zero] for/as a memorial for the fire fighters bike club, "The Red Knights". I suspect/bet you guys have heard of or are familiar with the "Red Knights"...? you have to be biker and fire fighter to be a red knight. Just like the "Blue Knights", biker club for the police of the world. And of course it is an international organization/club with 33 countries on board (red knights).

The Red Knights' International President lives here in Brattleboro...and is friends with the metal shop and bike shop downtown. Of which I do work for both of those guys and they referred him to me. So i had chance to go see the project and the piece of shrapnel that will be placed on stand (which is being made here in bratt at metal shop) (see pic). The piece is believed to be from the impact area from all the investigators and engineers that had looked at it in the NJ hanger where it is all still being stored. Now any/all pieces/parts and shrapnel from the towers are under lock and key and no other than government entities are permitted to have in possession anything from ground zero. This is the only piece from ground zero that has been alloowed to be had by another entity, and rightfully so I guess... the firefighters bike club-of course!
So that's what's up! really exciting....!

The memorial will be erected in Boyleston mass, where the Red Knights are "Head-quartered" and founded in June... The president said he would do nice write up in papers (here in bratt, boyleston mass, and internationally) about Khameleon Koatings and how we played a role in making it happen. great PR- firefighters, bikers club, publications all around the world, etc etc - this maybe just the beginning of something really good & cool for me, as bikers like to have coating work and stuff... i mean it certainly gets my name out there- i hope! hehe

oh and we are moving the shop finally... but not to the spot i had thought we were going to move to last winter... that never came about. but this time we mean it! hehe- yeah I will take pics of new spot shortly - just wanted to catch folks up...
tried to keep it short too as i have to run...but well i guess that wasnt meant to be.... :?

just to catch pppl up...sorry for not having been around. been so so swamped with work and stuff...moved shop finally...right on main artery in town... 2400sq feet shop space... and over this last winter...with my welding skills and creativity i built myself a 16 foot oven on car hauler. therefore it is on wheels and bumper pull for easy moving it around. or if i need to move again in future, just go get a license plate for it....its nothing more than an insulated box w/ burner on trailer ...

all pics from start to finish of build seen here: https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set ... 334&type=3

but in lieu of that, below is a couple pics to get you started.

Verry creative. You could probably make good money fabing those ovens alone? Holly batshit boy wonder is that spidermans car I saw?
