Keep getting email notifications of pm, but nothing is there

Anyone else getting this lately? This is the 3rd time this week I get an email notification of a PM but when I log onto the site nothing new is there.

People may delete the PM after they send it.
You can also edit the message as long as it's in your outbox (the person hasn't read the message yet). Once they do read it, it's moved to the sent box, and you can't edit it anymore. That also means you can see if your message is read or not, depending if it's in the outbox or sent box.

OK, I got one today and it was there. I dont know what was going on with it earlier. Thanks for the replies.
