Updated pics of house and maybe a problem

Here is the link to a new web album of the house. Yesterday the wife called the city to check out the utilities. The guy at the city office said that he could not find the records for that neighborhood and he thought that we were on well water!!! I'm not afraid of well water, but there are no well rights of shares of a well sold with the house. If it is true that the house is on well water we will be walking. According to the sellers disclosures they are on public water out there. I'm hoping the the guy at the city is as idiot and is wrong!

You have looked all over the house, right? If it is on well water you would have found the pump somewhere.

We are going back today to take a look. IIRC there was a meter on the front lawn so I believe they are on public water but I want to be 100% sure before we buy.

YES, YES, YES!!! The house is hooked up to public water, the guy at the city office is an idiot. It's back on boys!!
