Nothing is free here in Ottawa. The city is broke but the socialist fucks down at City Hall keep spending coin like a drunken sailor. They built a $100 million dollar bus garage and they can't turn a bus around in it. $20 million refit now. The transit system is already 60% funded by the taxpayer.
