Then you'd better not be eating anything with salt in it either.............
Because regular ol MORTON's table salt makes the needle jump on a geiger counter too.....

You might not lick it but you do sit on it Mike.

my dad is a radiation physasist(SP?) and has made a living out of radiation. His signature is needed on any new x-ray machine that a dr/dentist/vet might want to install, then they need him to come back every few years and check it. Ya know how you grow up learning a little about what your dad does? I can tell you everything in the house that is radioactive. Been on many many hunts with his gieger counter hissin, you would be suprised what will set one off.....
what else can I say I am a grumpy asshole most of the time.

Re: RENO DONE house is for sale may 26th

Post by kg1961 »

so here are some final pics before the Realtor sends over someone to take pics of our house
Corey and Tom im sure you can see allot has changed

Please leave you thought and comments

If anyone looks close the grout is not on the back splash that tonight 8)
list of what was changed in the last 4 month:

new counter top granite kitchen matching baths
all new sinks all under mount
toilets and fauset in all 2.5 bath and kitchen
water purification thing under the sink
new fridge freezer bottom, stove 5 burner ceramic top, dishwasher stainless
new tigerwood 31/4" hardwood main level and stairs flush vents
new back splash its glass hard as shit to install(glad i paid someone)
Finished the basement laminate, some board replacements up stairs
slate in front entry/rear, and both bathrooms matching
new front load washer dryer--- we will be keeping that
think that about it in the last 5 month
with a total cost of 20k and my time (price less)lol

we are to sell about 10k more than we thought so all the hard work has paid off

if we get what we think im able to put 45-50% down on the next house and almost double my size with basement down

that way if anyone from the phorum is in calgary they have a place to stay :bong:
Coery and Tom you guy are always welcome....
