Well it was top 1%

This years not going to be as good though

there was about a month where our techs couldnt fix anything right so my "Fixed Right First Time" score is too low. Im #9 in the national ranking at this time and that wont be enough to make it to the top 1% which is what is needed to win the vacation they have.
