anyone else having occasional issues with pm's?

did something change in the last month or so on the pm's? Been having issues with some not going through and not recieving others. Anyone else having the same issues?

Nope. I haven't changed the software in quite awhile so there's no reason for a behavior change.
If a PM is sitting in the outbox, it means the other person hasn't read it yet.
