New to the forum

Post by chicago-regal »

Hello to everyone, just wanted to introduce myself to the diehard fans of Phoenix Gold. I have been a PG fan since I can remember, well since I've been able to afford my first high end amplifier. Its been so long, I think it was in '99 when I bought my first zx500 and from there I was hooked. Seems like every piece of car audio gear I own is PG, its all zx and ti equipment. But just when I think I have everything I need for a killer system something else catches my eye. So almost 12 years later Im still trying to gather some more amps and some ti elite subs, and maybe that will finally be everything I need. I remember maybe 8 years ago the PG forums was thru the phoenix gold website and one day it was gone, whatever happend to that site? Well, here's a pic of my first semi custom install. It was done at a local shop, I look at the pics and cant belive how much I loved it back then, oh well u live and learn.

you could probably gain alot of sq from that set up by adjusting it down and maybe turning your amp gains up a bit..

Welcome.

Due to cut backs in the company, PG decided to shut the forum down. We then went to soundbuggy.com, then Tom (stipud) decided to host this (at the time mirrored site) out of his love for PG, and of course his love for us. 8) Then AAMP bought PG and is in the midst of getting them back to their former glory, and in conjunction with Tons help, the phorum.
"ZPA's will have the same sound essentially as you get from the MS, they just feature a bigger shinier set of balls."
