happy thanksgiving folks. I am thankfull this year again for my family as well as for going over 2 months now on some new medicine that has been working. Weighted myself last night and I am up to 160 lbs now, have not weighed this much for years now, use to be 195 and 11% body fat when I was racing mountain bikes.
what else can I say I am a grumpy asshole most of the time.

Happy bird day!!! Today is the first day I have ate a home cooked meal in my new home. Never the less!! In 6-7 months... I think it was the first time I've cooked in over a year.. It all worked out well... I hope everyone is havin a great day and will all be here next year.... We lost a member this year who's not able to be here with us... I hope that members family is doing ok and all his friends are ok as well.. I'm greatfull for the food my family and myself were able to eat today.. Also the time I spent with my sons today.. I hope the back end of today is well for the rest of you... HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!!
