Important info on shipping packages to USA

I shipped a MS1000 to the US about 2 weeks ago and the package was sent back to me with a note on it. USPS doesn´t take over international packages that are longer than 100cm anymore. Since my post office forgot to mention that when i first shipped the amp i only had to pay an additional 70eur for reshipping
after i shortened the package to 99cm.

That´s pretty much the reason why i´ll have to quit selling stuff overseas. I dumped a total of 245 USD for shipping into the rainbows. In the end i got them back damaged and the insurance doens´t cover anything. They say it is my fault not packing it well enough. As if i could do more than double box it....

that sucks man the its still easy to send stuff here although prices have gone up.

I have used DHL with great results to ship stuff the USA, I'm nit sure if they use USPS on the way though?
what damage did they do?
