Today I took off the immobiliser and got a shower.. Pain. Lots of pain.

So I came out and laid on the 3 couch cushions on the floor that have been my home for nearly a week and lifted my right leg (bad one) and heard a snap, like loud.. It hurt, but it was one of them things where you do it again just to make sure you werent dreaming.. Sure enough every time I bent my leg at the knee a really loud pop happened on the way down and then when straightening it back it sounded like grinding rocks in a blender.

This shit isnt good I know it, it literally sounds like I have *no* cartlidge in my knee at all

I'm off to the doctor's tomorrow, wish me luck but I cant help fearing the fucking worst.

Thats what my knee sounded like when it had a bunch of water in it.

Don't freak out just yet. My knee did all sorts of funny things hyper extending etc popping. I only tore my ACL.
