Well what you'd expect from a dirty/messy car like that? Looks like a bag of powder detergent ripped open on one of those fins.
I spy a lighter with wick wrapped around it....can only mean one thing lol.
See if you can get some gut pics....I wonder what caused such a mess.

Never mind i might be the shrink sleeve that make it appear as it has some type of wick wrapped around it. Mainly used for pipes, bongs and such in order to avoid butane touching their herb an lungs...lol.

So it doesn't look like it caught fire. All I see is a mess and all screws from the terminals had fallen out as well as one RCA plug. I'm a little suspicious as the itself doesn't appear to be screwed down.
