Ehh... I spent all summer going through each and every job site and paper I could find. I spammed everyone in the newspaper with resumes, called everywhere, and got absolutely no bites whatsoever.

Finally my friend mentioned the job I have now, which he heard about through a coworker. I got a response within half an hour, and got the job in a matter of days.

So basically, getting a job is more who you know than what you know.

couldnt agree with you more how I have my great summer job.....but i have to start to think about the real world soon as college is nearing the end for me. So just trying to figure out the best way to line something up for myself.

actually it's MLK and Sandy Blvd, 3rd and main is to high class for me. :lol:

I don't think I can answer this question as 2 of the 3 jobs I've had are working for my dad.
