I just found this out today. Sure, it might take up more room, but it sounds a whole hell of a lot better. Now I'm in the process of putting all of my CD's onto the pos pc that I just fixed. This is going to take forever!
I'm using Nero for the burning and to me VBR set to the highest setting sounds a lot better than CBR set to 320kbps. This is just for CD's for my car and the FJ when I get a system put into that. If I want something to put onto my IRiver I'll compress it a whole lot smaller. What program do you guys use and how small do you go for the stuff you listen to in the vehicle?
we dont get to many of them coming in for issues..exept for the tire recall..
i like the three wipers on the front..
So far it's been great!! We haven't done a lot of off-roading yet, but what we have done it's been awsome. Also, it sure does a lot better on road than my 3rd gen 4Runner ever did.

I believe that is what Nero uses. I tried it today and it sounded great in the car. It was the closest to CD that I have heard yet, but I was still able to fit the best songs from all 6 Tool albums onto 1 CD. That was more than I was hoping for!
I use Clone CD or Clone DVD for verbose data copy. It handles everything as raw data so copy guards go out the window.
I have Roxio, and Nero.
Roxio seems easier to use but I have no clear preference of either so far.
