Damnit all to hell! I went to pick up my daughter at her moms house and behind where I park is a tree, well....... I backed into it. Busted my right rear tail light (after market), bent my bumper, chipped/spider webbed a lot of the paint and took a small chunk of the fiber glass bed out just behind the tail light.

A friend of mine does body work and he's going to take a look at it tomorrow and give me HIS price. I'll do some of the repairs myself.

Hook a chain up to the bumper, wrap the other end around a tree a pull it back out. Luckily it's only a small bend.
Sand down the webbed paint cracks, and glass that chunk back in.
Finish that up w/a bit of body filler, sand and wait for tax time for the $$ to paint it.

i backed into a telephone pole at 10mph and only put a dent into my bumper.

nothings worse then when you do something dumb and have no one to blame but yourself. when i broke my snow chain and fucked the whole side of my car, i was probably feeling about the same as you do right about now

My stomach just sinks into my balls when I do something like that. The feeling one gets from unintentionally of wrecking your own shit is pretty crappy
