Well, it's kinda hard to explain. She will be working for a company that sets up non profit organizations for ministries all over the world. No particular religion, anyone who can pay for their services is welcome. I guess at first she will be a little bit of everything, accountant, secretary and just generally helping this guy out setting up these businesses. After a while she will be training to do the setup of these businesses, this is just the beginning to bigger and better things I guess. He told her that in a matter of years this can be a 6 figure money job, and he really wants to do anything he can to make it so she never wants to leave. I guess they really talked a lot about the future of the company and everything. He even talked about getting help for her when things get going. We will see!
The company is actually pretty small right now and the guy basically created a new position just for her. She is getting a key to the place and can set her own hours. At first I guess there will be a lot of training in quick books and all sorts of other admin stuffs. He is even talking about out of state training classes and business expos (all paid by the company of course).
The interview last night went pretty good I guess, hell she took the job! She said she did some negotiating and got a little more moola, and the guy was really good about it. I guess it was a really positive experience and both parties got what they wanted. She is really looking forward to it for many reasons. She likes that it's a small company with no HR department to fight with on issues like pay raises, benefits, etc..., also she already feels like if there is some sort of problem she can actually talk to the guy and resolve issues in a matter of hours rather than months.
And C, she has a MBA and she specializes in business management.
