I'm not sure you could get one even if you had a class-3 weapons licence. The naked version they show is awesome. Straight outta Terminator like an arm attatchment..

Go get a title 3 arms permit < i.e. a gun dealers license approved by Uncle Sam and you might be able to own one. Other than that it looks to be all military use only.
My Brother had a title 3 permit, along with a uniform and he could carry any weapon he wanted. All you need is Uncle Sam's approval and its AOK
