Holy sh#t mang, I'm not a religeous zealot by any means but the last place I thought I'd find Jesus would be dell.....Home Depot maybe, they have lumber, but DELL WTF?

this guy is a tard.
Been on a chat window with him for 30+ minutes and hes keeps reading the same line of the script to me over and over again. In the first line I told him the mainboard needs replacement, because the charging port is not working.
then he asks so the system only operates on AC power..........
okay i'll send you a new mainbaoard...
are you sending a tech with the board?
if you would like...
our service level is next day onsight repair....so a tech would be great.
