So I finally got the charger for my camera. Started taking random pics (as you do) then noticed a few settings on it.

So, I played with them a bit (ooer) and managed to score the money shot.

In all the time I have had the car painted I have never managed to really get a 'as the eyes see it' shot of what the flakes actually do. Only sub par ones.

Check this out, this is with about 70% sunshine. (the car is fuckin filthy atm, hence dirty bits on roof).



And, finally I can unveil what the interior bits are gonna look like, with my custom made stereo shroud

I think you've got to take a video of your paint to do it justice.

Thats not a bad idea tbh, but not now (car is foogin rotten).

Plus it's up on an axle stand so I can get the tire done... should be today hopefully.

Damn, that console actually looks pretty nice.

There used to be a crossbar in it when I first got it.. but the infinity head unit is double din, so i had to hack it out back then..

Then when I got the $ony and the fusion it never did look quite right, plus it didnt fit too well as it had all shifted upward somewhat..

So, I cut some out the back and took a piece of alu bar and cut it in then bondoed it. Best part is it protrudes out over the knobs on the fusion so the settings cant be messed with easily.. And, when you put a cup of coffee into the holder it rests on the bar.. not that it matters cos Ive fitted some other cup holders to stop the head unit ending up full of coffee.

I was in a really good mood today. I even went out to get a vid of the color shift and the sun went in right as i started to record.. I should have known it would be downhill from there...

Went to pap boys and they wanted $14 to bead my tire.. cool, or was it?

When they gave the rim back they had fucking scratched fuck out of it, even scraping down below the powder coat. I fucking knew I should have taken a photo of the rim before I let the mincing wankers fuck with it.

So now I have to touch that up in several places. CUNGTYS !

In other news the 6x9s are now out. Theyre going to be part of a uber ghetto blaster with said infinity din unit. The unit looks shit, but the sound? oh my, honestly its one of the best sounding units i have ever heard. Thats going to be enlosed with those super swanky PR 6x9s, should sound the tits...

New battery on, vents back in and looking killer.. Irony being that the brand new V8 genesis coupe (RWD tiburon basically) has scaled vents just like mine in the exact same position and stance on the hood

Not sure if theyll make it off the prototype but man, thats one sexy fucking car, theyve gone right back to the RD side profile (I could kiss them for that !).

Still alot to do, but my buddy gave me a mustang bullet billet shift surround, might try and get that on. Its luuuuuuvly

dont know if you guys ever saw this, but this is the shroud I made for my friend's tib.

He had a 5" screen and after much deliberation we decided to make a custom shroud and fit it there..

One of Meg's Tshirts, loads of epoxy and bondo later and it looked kewl.

And I.. Will always.... love ... driving my tiburon like a bellend. ! :laugh:

wooooop.. has to be said, this car sounds utterly fucking incredible when its tuned up to the bollocks. It goes like stink too :laugh:

I had just left the local shop (needed some cigs) and there was a police car on the other side of the highway (4 lane). I went easy at first, whooped it into 2nd and when 3rd came I hesitated.. Because the car is still in the process of tuning (damn weird Hyundai tuning) and because I have way over the factory BHP the transmission now needs to learn each gear.. So it slips, youll hear me lay off the gas and then go back down hard, causing another rev limit.

Ahhhh, sweetest car ever man And the noise it makes usually makes the Hondas not even try, and if they do? silly silly
