My paint setup was $189. If I had bought some black BC25 HOK base it would have been about $300.

My taurus was a mammoth paint job.. KO seal over the metal, then HOK primer, then black base, then intercoat pearl then clear. And that cost me $350 in matierials.

But seriously, thats what they pay for house of kolor over there.. Its fucking atrocious lol.

Tiny is right! I bet theres's 1 cu ft total in that thing. Probably sounded horrible. I like how the car looks like it's shaking while being filmed. Probably had guys on either side of the car rocking it by hand to make it look like the subs were pounding so hard ...

Seriously, pick up a UK issue of MAX power magazine and read some of the audio advice. It's pretty frightening... the people who write for the magazine don't even know what impedance is. But hey, at least there's booby pics.

When it comes to car audio most in the UK dont have a fucking clue. And since the death of the real car audio scene in the 90s its gotten worse.

The dude in the taxi? max respect to him. Hes obviously had it since the 90s (looking at the amps and stuff) and will obviously keep it. I would keep my tiburon forever if it wasnt for the fact I am in the situation I am.. I didnt ever do anything to it for attention I did it because I love that car and I love working on it.. And I would happily have continued.

20 grand? hell 40 grand would be excusable *IF* they never sold it on..

That way it is unique, it is one of a kind, it is custom and it is yours, you cant lose money on it if you dont sell it..
