My RSD1200.1 was supposed to come in on yesterday (4-7-08). 3:30 rolled around and no Fed Ex. So I went the trusty old computer and tracked it. Inbound delivery problems. I called to see if I could just pick it up. After some hasle I got my way. I drove and hour and waited 45 minutes. I heard the guy say "It was in a part of the building it shouldn't have been". My guess, is that some one saw the name PG and was attempting to rip me off.

Fed Ex can kiss my ASS!!!!!! Nothing but problems with those crack heads.

I always end up picking my shit up from both ups and fedex, and fedex are usually bitches about it, taking several calls to get the right person who will mark the package for pickup..

FedEx is the only service I use. From time to time I'll use USPS, but I absolutly refuse to use our local UPS store ever again. Rude, take their sweet ass time and they just have a knack for pissing me off.

I tried shipping something out through UPS the same exact way it was sent to me by UPS! They wouldn't do it! WTF!!!!!???????     insert smiley face here flipping them off.

I had shipped a package UPS that got damaged. It came from Cali to me in PA and arrived in perfect cond. I simply put a new shipping label on it and forwarded it along. When I made the damage claim they went through the whole inspection process and determined it wasn't packaged properly. I raised hell and asked them how it could go across the country without any problems. Then going 3 towns over it gets trashed and its's all of a sudden a problem with packaging. It was obviously dropped from a good distance.

Ultimately they covered it but 'only because I'm such a good customer'. Never admitting that it was thier fault and sent a reprint of thier 'How to Package a Shipment' from thier handbook.

UPS... they charge me the most ridiculous brokerage fees ever. Duty costs $10, but i'll fork out $80-160 for brokerage, ON TOP of the $50 to ship a package.

Then, when they damaged a shipment (box torn wide open, metal pipes hanging out and severely dented), they said it was my fault (the receiver?!?) and refused to give me any money. The guy who sent me the parts was renegotiating his contract with them, and used his salesman to leverage me getting my refund. They only agreed to pay for PART of the damage, which at least bought me a new muffler.

The muffler was shipped to me twice as slow as normal, and they charged me ANOTHER $90 for brokerage (after charging me once already). I called them upset, that this was a replacement under their insurance, and that they have no right to double-dip. However, they claimed that "the service was offered twice", and I could sit and spin basically. Later Wendy called and talked to the supervisor, who agreed to give us a "one time" refund, as a sign of good faith.

So FUCK UPS. Those guys are crooks with their brokerage fees. FedEx and DHL only charge me $10-20 for the same thing.

I haven't had many problems with FedEx coming to Canada. The only problem I had with DHL is that my friend fucked up paying duty, so they sent a collections agency after me, and I had to pay it TWICE, because they lost my first payment (despite that I can see it was cashed in my bank).

I have always had the least issues with the national post service. Canada Post and USPS are great... they take half a week longer than the couriers, charge me no duty, and I can pick the package up down the street instead of having some guy show up at my house while I am at work.
