I learned that Logic Pro kicks the shit out of Pro Tools on Mac OS X Leopard. Not only does it use a fraction of the resources to do the same job, it's way easier to use and it sounds better doing it!
Our new apartment-based jamming studio is killer now that we ditched Pro Tools and started using Logic Pro instead. Hell yeah!

After $750 worth of sound deadening products, a Mini Cooper doesn't get any quieter than it is from stock.

Does that mean it is really dead already, or just really loud?

I accept your challenge! If I'm as good as I think I am, I should have proof this weekend.
The best part is I''m out on my back deck last nigh smoking a cigarette and she come walking around the side of her house where I could see her wearing the shortiest damn shorts I have ever seen only to walk around back of her house out of view, then back around where I could see her, back inside her house. She could have used her back door and avoided me altogether, but, she didn't.

-I learned that I'll have to look for a much bigger power supply to feed that hungry ms1000 Eric modified; when switched on, it already converts quite some current into heat... and I have a beautifull design in my head for using both of those beasts I have.
And when you're thinking; what a waste of power for a livingroom...
Wouldn't you just LOVE to have, say 100 [200? 300?] or more horsepower in your ride, even when you would never need it?....
-Also learned that when my wife is away for a week, my boys and me have a lot more fun, eating burgers, pizza, pancakes, etc.
And I don't let the clock rule the day; only disadvantage is they have a lot of trouble getting up in the morning

It's dead already. I was suprised. Those things are built really well. Of coarse it is a BMW product so it shouldn't suprise me. Don't get me wrong, it's not the quietest car out there by any means. But after doing an pretty extreme job with serious sound barrier products we only managed a 1db difference from original!
