I had same problem a few months ago.. couldnt find anyone out there in that area.. but wait ya know what??!?!?!, my wife has friend out there...
what do you need somethign picked up or something? I'll get back to you ... She is chinese friend and I can not make any promises, but i'll look into it for you...
