I learned that the law makers in this country are complete assholes. I am going to vote out anyone who voted for the "bail out" plan. As far as I can tell it does nothing but line the pockets of greedy CEO's and does not really help out the average american person. If they were that concerned with helping out the american people they would have given the money to the people to help pay off their house that is in foreclosure and that would have corrected all of the problems.

Sorry guys, I have been trying to research what the hell went on with the $700 billion dollar "bail out", but nobody seems to have a straight answer. It's ticking me off to no end.

I also learned that doing a brake job on a Toyota Highlander is a piece of cake. Finally somebody made a brake job easy to do!!

But fine, i'll change it again. There... nothing gay about a field of flowers :)

last thing I heard, the AIG thing was an incentive trip for the 100 best insurance salesmen?

Plus what's wrong with having a financial system that doesn't lose 25% of it's theoretical value in a week? or don't you care about your 401k?

I don't see the issue with seriously working out where to put money to make sure some customer somewhere actually gets something back ?!

If they didn't put safeguards in regarding executive compensation, well.... that is another story.

I really, really don't see the issue. The government (yes, the UK one has done something similar, though they've gone further and nationalised 2 banks now) is likely to make money on the deal in the mean time, mainly by being nicer to debtors.

How many of these people being affected by foreclosures earn less than 20% of their mortgage? I bet it's a lot...

Ron Paul knows what's up.

Printing more money to "bail out" these douche nozzles is simply going to dilute the currency even further.
