Anyone recall Bad/Corrupt Buyers on eBay

as some of you may know i am selling the JBL/Crown A6000GTi (6/8000 WRMS mono amp) (posted here and on eBay).
I have been getting a lot of inquiries for shipping quotes around the globe... Might anyone recall where that thread was of someone having troubles with a buyer from overseas off the Bay?? And/or is there a sticky that has a running list of buyers/usernames to be aware of???
