I am having a 275 shipped to me from Italy, the seller first quoted me 50euros to do so, now upon sending the invoice to me, it shows 85 euros??? can it really be that it cost 85 euros to ship MS275 from Italy... I tried looking on Itialin post to quote it, but cant figure that shit out... any help is appreciated...

I will in the mean time simply ask when the difference in shipping costs... i.e. the idea of asking for a quote is so one would know what the shipping will be and not what half of it would be, right??? or am i just splitting hairs???

That price ist not unusual. Shipping from Europe to the USA is, unfortunately, very expensive.

My 18 kilogramms MS2125 package to russia was $125...
A MS275 to the US is about $50.
Just to get an idea....
NB;
I always quote actual shippingcosts; they are visible for the buyer on the shippingform that I send on a picture right after shipping. :wink:

50 bucks or euros?? I see you used dollar sign so I am assuming dollars??... with him stating 85 euros for the 275, that's like 108.00USD....

I mean I'll pay it of course, but wow, to be quoted one thing and then another a few dollars is one thing, but to be 40.00USD up is a lil different... gotta do what I gotta do I guess..

If you are talking ebay as well, you are the buyer...and you can suggest that he told you 50 and not 85 euros...see what he says. maybe he forgot he quoted you a price.
And you can always threaten to use that negative....since he can't really leave a negative toward you...
I dont like that ebay policy change...but hey...might as well use that ace in the hole....see what happens...?
