I cant get anyone to answer my phone calls period. I am trying to get this amp fixed, and my phone call was not returned. Figured it didnt take 2 days for someone to call you back after a message is left..

uh, I can hear Matt Jackson on the phone all day long answering questions.. are you aware that the holidays just passed? Perhaps he had the day off because of Christmas or New Years?

Ive been trying to get parts for my M25, and this has been ongoing since before the Holidays.Same deal no replys,phone or email

Tried again, went back to jennifers voice mail.. When people are out of the office, does anyone ever work for them, or are the people that call screwed until they show back up?

Right to voice mail????? i Got the same thing when i called in to talk to Matt last night maybe a phone switch is down in the building and they are not aware of the problem. I have never had a problem with not being able to get a hold of Matt before and he is always a big help.

just tried to call Matt and now it goes right to VM like last night but now its not his greeting but a generic computer one??????

Sorry guys, I'll talk to the phone administrator and see whats up. Support calls normally get returned ASAP. Might have been the horrible weather we are having.

thanx roland, btw, have u seen my zx350? who is L foster? that appears to be who signed for my zx350 last week- btw, can i buy a ti-led pcb for the leds, its really, really micro(like .75inchby 3.5inches-got leds, but once u see my zx350 ull see that me and MICRO plate hole vias dont get along very well;never have any issues with normal(capacitor size) plate hole vias, just them micro ones; u guys need us all to come by and help out???? im not working so fly me out there, ill help anyway I CAN( i just want 2 c the mph630 inperson

Try contacting someone in the service dept, they should be able to help you out.

Talked to Matt at PG today and as always he is a big help even found an old part i need don't know if you are a member here Matt but thanks and i hope things start going better for you and your family as the year goes on
