I try to send 90USD to mlashlee2@charter.net since 2 days. It´s for the PG Banners he has. It doesn´t work at all! My paypal account say´s that i reached the sending limit. But i already have a no limit account! I tried to send th money to different accounts and it works?!?

So what´s the deal with that? Maybe somebody in here is able to try to send the money to him! Don´t confirm the last step just look if it is working.

They are holding funds for 21 days now too. !!!!!!!!!

They expect you to post out and wait for either positive feedback or comfirmed delivery till they pay the seller.!!!

I've heard similar stuff to this before. .. It's like under certain circumstances they are acting more like an escrow service. Unfortunately I don't know what the cause is. One possibility, if the person receiving the money has a regular account, they can only receive $500 per month.

I tried again to pay for his banners today and it worked! Don´t know why!?! I didn´t change a thing.
