Phoenix Gold Phorum

I may have an opportunity to relocate to North Carolina (probably with similar pay, better benefits and cheaper cost of living). So do we have anyone from NC in here? How is it down there? I've been through there a few times when I was stationed in GA, but don't really know the place well. Hopefully someone here can shed some light on the subject.

I have a dutch cousin studying at Wake Forest and he thinks it's pretty nice there. No idea how it is to live/work there however. All I know is it's better than SC, but that's not saying much

I live in the state next door, which used to be a PART of NC, and I can tell you it's wonderful here.
