I´ve never ever been so angry about reading something like that! Aren´t managers supposed to use their brains? Just because a friggin asshole calls u u are allowed to do that to an employee here? Even if he pretends to be a cop i would tell him first second of the call to get to my store in person!
If anyone at my work told me to strip down, I would tell them to wait for the cops, simple as that. Hell, I would be calling 9-11 if any manager tried to forcibly confine and strip search me. That's just fucked up. And that she went as far as giving a dude oral sex because a "cop" told her on the phone? Yeah... Okay...
Ironic how the perp gets off and Nix goes to jail. He should have! He was all to happy to verify the emptiness of her oral cavity with his special search wand. Talk about spiraling out of control!

I mean what a few months back she's still considered a minor...and is still not of legal age of drinking....
Probably used to Listening still...when told what to do....her first job....etc etc...

No one has prepared her for WHAT the work environment should be like.
So dumb? maybe...but definitely not dumb in a sense of she was just being dumb doing what she shouldn't have....dumb in a sense of first time for it all.
She didn't know how to cope/deal/handle the situation.
And probably the first she's ever heard of anything or even seen anything like this in her or her friends/family has ever heard/see of.
I mean we all look at it now as how dumb can she be....but gotta put it in perspective. At our age/experience/life, we can say that she shoulda quit and asked to wait for the cops...etc....but she had no clue. She never learned. And I think Girls are more timid than men. Not saying ALL girls are...but 18...first job....scared out of her mind....inexperienced all around.

At work on top of it.....I here you wakeup....but this girl should have known something was up...you are graduating from HS at that age....so unless she was home-schooled by sheltering parents....once it got to the bj portion....she should have done something.....or known....obviously the police are not going to have you perform oral sex on someone especially a complete stranger
She may have been scared....but even then...people usually run or try anything they can to escape a situation like that.....honestly I can not even fathom this actually happening it is beyond crazy.....for this scheme to work everyone on the other end of the phone would have to be complete fucking retards.....which looks to be the case here....I am still in "SHOCK AND AWE"

If I was her dad, I would find the guy who made the call and he'd regret it for at least 10 minutes, maybe hours. Oh, oh, I know, how about for as long as my daughter was tortured? Tied up naked by the freeway would be the least of his worries.
And, for the record, it is NOT vigilanteism to avenge your family. Especially your daughters. That's called "duty".
Why was the FBI not involved? Wouldn't the inter-state nature of telephone fraud like happenings be a federal crime?
