Ah yes, EuroDance... the genre we all love to hate, or hate to love. For good or bad, I am making a mix CD, and I want some ideas!
To spice things up a bit, you need to post recommendations as VIDEOS, because they are comedy gold! In order to embed one, all you have to do is copy/paste the URL from youtube, then wrap youtube tags around it... like so:
Here are some of my childhood curly-haired rosy-cheeked dutch boy's mostest favoritest-ests, off the top of my head:
Haddaway - What is Love
C&C Music Factory - Gonna make you sweat
Snap - Rhythm is a Dancer
Culture Beat - Mr. Vain
La Bouche - Be my Lover
(Did you know she died in a plane crash at the peak of her stardom?)
Maxx - Getaway
Captain Hollywood - More and More
Reel 2 Real - I like to Move it
2 Unlimited - No limit
Capella - Move on Baby
Corona - Rhythm of the Night
Now it's your turn...

well that's kinda the problem.. 1) I am not sure of the type of music... i think i do, like I mentioned above, but not sure.. but I just recall being with a PR girl back in late 90's and the stuff she had and all her brothers listed too, was the shit.. and when I was a tennant @ FCI Ft. Dix In NJ, every evening they had a special hour dedicated to this style of music... old school hour and could only tell you by ear if that is what I am referring to...
it wasnt that "jack the house shit" from chicago I dont think.. but simliar, and not GO-GO Music, but i do like some of that ... but it was more like club that a swing to it, and all the PRicans listened to it... I just have been always wanting to hear more, get on my iPod and stuff, but dont know what it is I am after... sucks...
BUT very simliar to what Tom and B posted above, but not exact.

OK, so I know that some of the tracks I posted aren't strictly 'Euro Dance', but the vast majority of what I've posted were all tracks which were important at one time or another in the 'club' scene back then.
I'm 100% with Pedi in that these tracks (and many more) bring back so many good memories for me when I was in my early 20's and part of the club scene either behind the decks or elsewhere.
Thankfully I never saw the music video's for most of these tracks back then or I'd probably never of listened to them.
Oh, and for those that are wondering, yes..... I've got all of the stuff that I posted (and much much more) on CD Singles (feel free to laugh at me and point the fingers now).
Anyway, I at least hope some of these tracks bring back memories for those of us old enough to remember them
