Ok so my gf and I are going different directions, she got the last of he stuff out last night. Probably the best thing that ever happened to me. Unfortunatetly the other best thing that happened to me is in her belly. So does anyone know someone that would do the planet and I a favor and off this bitch. After my daughter makes it out of course. I fear that my daughter will seriously be in trouble if she has custody. Anyone that knows this girl will tell you the same. Hopefully my dude that knows her will chime in and confirm how much this really needs to happen.
Hmmm, sorry to hear that you're concerned about your child being in danger if the mother receives custody.
Where you the both of you at in life in terms of stability (financial, housing, etc.) and family support and what not? If it gets bitter between you two, you could hope that a court sees your situation as much more stable for the child than hers and receive at least partial custody.
Anything in either of your pasts that would make a custody battle difficult?
hehehe she has a very bad record. long history of violence and drug abuse. She also hasnt ever had a job. I on the other hand have 4 years in union trades and rent a very nice house. I do have a weed possesion charge

She is out of jail now and other than 3 days she has left to do she probably will try not to get in any more trouble. Its hard for her not to tho. She doesnt know how to avoid confrontation. She will aways speak her mind, which I ike but she doesnt know how to chose her battles or how to persue them.

That's going to look in your favor if there's a custody battle.
If you can prove she drank or tooks drugs while pregnant (if she has, I don't know), it could help to prove that she either requires treatment for custody or that she isn't fit as a parent.
Not trying to make her out to be a monster, just saying.
hey man, we went through this with one of a couple of my relatives...the deciding factor for the cases I've been a part of were quality character witnesses, and her jail record swings things in your favor too... I've unfortunately had to vouch for my aunts ex husband,... wish I could have been on her side but she wanted to keep her daughter, who in her care was neglected, under fed, not enrolled in school...the poor girl could barely function... fortunately her father got her and things are much improved, and sadly my aunt hasn't changed a bit...so it was for the better. prayin that your situation works out best for you and you little girl!! kids are a huge blessing and they all deserve the best. best wishes man.

Thank you all for support and advice on my situation. It seems I need to reiterate my intentions on this post. It seems my ex-gf saw this thread and felt genuinly threatened. I created this post to release my frustraitons at the threats made by my gf about seeing my daughter after she is born. I in no way wanted to hire a contract killer, as Im sure you all know this there seems to be a question by her enough for her to see law enforcement over. Though I really feel she is probably only threatened by my discussion of a custody battle because of arguments weve had, I feel obligated to put this on here because an officer asked to view my account and pm's to see if there were any evidence of actual foul play. I really dont think this will be pursued, but I feel all should know. Thank you all for your support. I feel the situation will be rosolved, I really think she is acting in anger and truely knows that I was looking for support here. I honestly would do anything in my power to work the relationship out for the sake of my child and would only persue a custody agreement if I was denied my honest rights to see my daughter. Once again thanks everyone.

Man...that sucks! I've been dealing with similar for the last two years with my wife. She left and to get on the rush list for housing went in screaming abuse and all that...still seeing the kids and her coming down all the time. The first time I pissed her off she pulled the rug out from under me and took the kids and left the state.
I've been doing parenting classes and all the ussual stuff that one has to do to have a hope at custody for the last 18 months and still havn't seen my children. All over drama and a nasty split...
I have been in some trouble...did some time when I was young and got a felony possession for over an ounce of weed two years ago and my attorney has said that the drug charge won't make any difference. My big obstical is that she has left state and oregon can't force the visitation interstate at this point.
It all boils to character, yours over hers and family courts want to know what you are doing now...not what you've done...within reason anyhow. It sounds to me like you have a shot at custody and you can file while she is pregnent if you can show the court that she has fucked up while preggo...
It is tough, but you'll come out on top and play to appease the courts and dhs...take parenting and counseling....and get a lawyer. Good luck and know that you arn't alone in this at all.....peace out
