I might be inclined to try them through.. supoose I could re-sell if not happy.... I'm just thinking it might be neat to have ALLLLLL PG stuff/equip. know what i mean? well, i dunno, I reall do like the JL's...
TOM have you ever tried the W6's?? and/or had chance to try them on for size and if so how did they fair over the RSD Comps??

I haven't done an A/B with the RSD comps against the W6, but I did prefer the vanilla RSDs to them... and I prefer the RSD comps to the RSDs, so I would assume I prefer the comps to the W6 as wellmhyde71 wrote:I might be inclined to try them through.. supoose I could re-sell if not happy.... PG's speakers are every bit as good, bang for the buck, as their amps. I don't think you will be disappointed whatsoever.
Here's another comparison between it and the vanilla RSD 12...

Got the DD10 IN!!! whoppie!
BUT and yeah I know that the stinger stuff looks awfully out of place... and I agree.. and all the wires.. BUT IM working on it IM WORKING ON IT!!!
I have plans to make either some kind of enclosure or false floor to run all wires under. Encloser with maybe a PG Plexi Sign (one of many I recently acquired, or I will make false floor and raise it all up and run wires underneath... BUT whatever it is I decide on... either all that BS will be covered up and will have either PG sign as top framed cover or false floor... BEAR IN MIND ALSO I have Ti D-Block (B+ & G) used instead of the stinger stuff.
I like having the DD10.. I like the ease of adding and connecting various 12v componants.. the delay switches I like too...

OKAY soory about delaying and getting distracted...
LIFE HAPPENS - right???
Anyways... Posted a couple pic's of the TI-ALPC15 in the car audio section, but here are some more closer up pic's of the install aspect of this.
1) I think/feel I will revert back to metal cover and keep the AL for rainy day or something - at least I have it.
2) All the components you see atop the speaker box, will soon have their own platform. I will be now raising all that crap up, snugging the wiring underneath making for cleaner looking install... temporary right now, but as I have so many irons in the fire, I bounce around. Weather dictates a lot of it here in VT. anywho-

I did that on my car before too. It was great till the f-ing inspection station wouldn't pass my car with it on.
Even made me come down and peel it off myself because they were afraid of screwing something up.
I told em I was afraid of what else they screwed up if they were too clumsey to peel a f-ing sticker without doing damage. Bastards!

unreal... I went for inspection a couple months ago (same place as last year mind you) where they passed it last year... and they failed it due to having the tint/sun strip across the length of the top of the windshield... I said WTF, you guys passed it last year.... they researched and all had to say was "that guy doesnt work here anymore"... so I went down and across street- it passed. Some things can simply have some common sense. but this guy was fricken retentaive about the sun strip... i said it should be that if you dont have one it should fail as the sun comes over the mtn's here and blinds the f76k out of you if you dont have on there... he pulled out the book, and section/code satstes... blah blah blah... IIRC it was a 1/2" thicker then what was allowed by state of VT. screw them- i gave my money to someone else for sticker and will never go back there for nothing.gkitching wrote:I did that on my car before too. HOW MUCH DID IT COST TO HAVE SOMEONE PUT THAT IN FOR YOU?? JUST KIDDING :) It looks really bad ass! I never would of thought of the side amp racks like that but it looks sweet! If you ever see a car in KY rolling around with an amp install like that I might have stole it :) LOOKS GREAT and MEAN!
! its all fun and games until the Cops show up !
